Function Control of the LogiCO2 MK9 CO2 Safety System
Watch the following video to learn how to perfom the annual installation and function test for the MK9 CO2 safety system. Beging by ensuring the plug is secured to prevent tampering. Next, verify that all connectors are protected from moisture and dust using collar seals. Then veirfy the central unit is properly mounted, with the "what to do" sign placed next to it, and the sensor sign mounted above the CO2 sensor.
To start a function test, press and hold the button on the central unit for 10 seconds. Ensure all units go into alarm mode.
To check the sensor's accuracy, connect zero gas to the hose and slide it up to the sensor until the display value stabilizes. If the value reads 0%, the sensor is working properly.
To test alarm levels using CO2, slide the injection tool near the sensor and wait for the alarms to activate.
Pro Tip: to ensure the CO2 sensor is mounted at the correct height, use the box the system was packed in as a measuring guide.
