All sales are final, returns are for defective product only. Our liability shall be limited to the invoiced value of the materials. No warranties beyond the manufacturer's warranty.


 


All products returned to APEX must have an assigned RMA#. Returns must be requested within 30 days of invoice date and are valid for 30 days. Returns subject to restocking fee.



 

A service charge of 1.5% per month will be charged on invoices after 30 days. In the event of default in payment of invoice, customer agrees to pay all costs of collection.
